Fields

Idle = 0

Not sending, and nothing stops the next send.

Paused = 3

The LRS refused the request itself (401, 403, or a status that means the endpoint is wrong, such as 404). Nothing is sent until Resume() is called or a new outbox is created.

Sending = 1

A flush is in progress.

WaitingToRetry = 2

The last send failed with a transient error (network, timeout, 408, 429, 5xx); the background loop sends again at RetryAt.

Remarks

New states may be added in a minor release. Code that switches on this enum should handle values it does not know, for example with a default branch, rather than assume the list is complete.
